The Story of Inity Radio
In the heart of a small coastal town, Jefferson Fraser and his brother Leonard Fraser grew up surrounded by the golden echoes of reggae music. Their childhood home was filled with the warm vinyl crackles of Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Burning Spear, and Dennis Brown. Every weekend, their father—a longtime reggae enthusiast—would set up his old sound system and play deep cuts from the legends of yesteryear, turning their home into a mini dancehall.
As time passed, reggae’s presence in mainstream music started to fade. The newer generations were missing out on the soul, the storytelling, and the unity that reggae once brought to the world. That’s when Jefferson and Leonard decided: It’s time to bring reggae back to the world, in its purest form, and blend it with modern global sounds.
